Camp NaNoWriMo is almost here! I am not ready, but I’m still impatient to get back into writing Healers. I am currently reading what I have written during NaNoWriMo 2016 and I’m surprised that it is not as bad as I remembered it. Of course, it is only a first draft, with lots of typos and repetitions, but I think the story is solid and I really love my characters.
I think since the Nano, I lost a little faith in that story, due to writing it too quickly, but now that I have had months to think about it, I’m much less critical of it. It feels good!
I plan on hammering my first 666 words on Friday after midnight, as my Saturday is going to be really busy. I guess that’s going to be the problem during April: I have already a lot planned and finding time to write is going to be difficult. I guess that’s why they call it a challenge!
